At PGRSS (People’s Group for Rural Social Services), we believe that every person deserves a fair chance to live with dignity, to dream without limits, and to shape their own future.
Founded with a simple but powerful idea that change should reach even the most rural corners of India we’ve spent years working directly with communities across Karnataka to understand their needs, challenges, and strengths.
Our journey began in small villages, listening to voices that are often unheard. Today, those voices are leading the change as women entrepreneurs, skilled youth, informed farmers, and school-ready children.
What We Do
At PGRSS, we don’t just run programs we build trust, strengthen communities, and co-create lasting change. From career guidance for students to clean energy for schools, menstrual health awareness, and rural development our work addresses real challenges with people at the center. We focus on empowerment over charity, listening first, then acting through meaningful partnerships and grassroots action. With a people-first approach, we help communities unlock their own potential one step, one voice, one solution at a time.
