At PGRSS, we recognize that today’s students are tomorrow’s changemakers. Our Student Entrepreneurship & Career Guidance initiative is focused on empowering young minds with the skills, confidence, and exposure they need to build successful careers or become job creators in their own right.
Through workshops, mentoring sessions, and campus outreach programs, we bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world opportunities, especially in rural and semi-urban regions.

- Reached 3,000+ students across schools and colleges in Karnataka
- Conducted career guidance camps in collaboration with educators and HR professionals
